There are currently three possibilities for cancelling a job.
- Can’t help the customer, please redistribute the request: If the Friend has accepted the request, but it becomes clear that, due to time constraints or limited expertise, it is not possible to help the customer, Mila will reallocate the request to different Friends. Please inform the customer that the request will be redistributed.
- Customer didn’t answer: The customer may no longer be contactable or may not respond to your messages. Please try at least 5 times via different channels before you cancel an order due to that reason.
- Other Reason: If there are other reasons for the cancellation, these reasons may be entered in the free text field. Please keep in mind that you need to have a good reason for cancelling an order, since you have accepted the request in the first place.
